Clarice joined Grata after several years at the Boulder firm of Hutchinson Black and Cook, where she first began her legal career as a summer associate before returning as an associate attorney.
Clarice’s passion for advocacy began with an undergraduate internship working in conjunction with the New York Legal Aid Society. That foundational experience shaped her commitment to public‑interest work and continued to grow through her leadership roles at the University of Colorado School of Law, her volunteer work with immigrant communities, and a series of impactful legal internships.
Throughout her career, Clarice has prioritized advocacy for marginalized groups and approaches her practice with a deep commitment to equity and justice. While Clarice specializes in employment law, civil rights litigation, and affirmative immigration law, her practice includes general commercial litigation, such as contract disputes and complex commercial matters.
While in law school, Clarice interned for the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, served on the Colorado Technology Law Journal, and was an executive member of the Latinx Law Students Association. When not at work, Clarice enjoys yoga; live music and dancing; cooking; being outdoors; and spending time with her partner and their two dachshunds.
