Meghan advises clients in the areas of construction, real estate, and general commercial law and litigation.  From drafting and reviewing contracts, to counseling clients through a dispute, to litigation and taking a case to trial, Meghan works closely with her clients to achieve practical and cost-effective outcomes.  Meghan’s work has focused on construction contracts and disputes, mechanic’s liens, real property disputes, boundary and access disputes, development and land use disputes, and business disputes of many sizes and types.  Whether in litigation, arbitration, or prior to either, Meghan prioritizes close communication with her clients to ensure that their unique goals remain the focus and to facilitate creative solutions to the complex issues they are facing.   

Meghan is also passionate about access to justice for the underrepresented in our communities and partners with the Grata team on civil rights advocacy and litigation in our communities.
